Founder Story​
Amelia Wares, the Founder and CEO of TissuTrak, is a biomedical engineering student and a chronic disease patient who has lived the struggles faced by millions with connective tissue disorders.

After more than a decade of unexplained symptoms, misdiagnoses, failed treatments, and hospitalizations, Amelia realized there was no comprehensive tool to help patients like her make sense of their health. Despite her knowledge of healthcare and technology, she couldn’t find a solution to track her symptoms in a meaningful way or identify the patterns that could lead to better care.

So, she built one.

TissuTrak was created to bridge the gap between patients and the insights they desperately need. Born from Amelia’s personal journey, the app empowers users to track their health, uncover correlations, and find community support—turning daily struggles into data-driven progress.
